Donna Loew- President The parent of an adult who has Down Syndrome. Donna is a committee member for the Long Term Care Re-Design, an advocate for all people with disabilities and works with The Eau Claire Adult Special Olympics as well as many other area groups. Dawn Hager- Treasurer The parent of 5 children all with special needs including Dwarfism, Autism, Verbal Apraxia, Mood Swing Disorder, Special Diets, Seizure disorder, Attachment issues and one child being born a Crack Baby with a Chromosone 10 deletion.
